We welcome all exchanges, and returns for store credit only, within 7 days of receiving your package. Please make sure to contact us immediately at returns@momzee.com to process your return/exchange or feel free to call (888) 590-5060 to speak with a representative and to acquire a RA #. All returned merchandise must have original tags and must be unworn and returned in original form as received.
Your return/exchange will be processed once we receive your package, and a $7 shipping/handling charge will be assessed for the exchange.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders ship for a flat $7 to all lower 48 states (except Alaska and Hawaii).

Overnight service: Available for most items shipping within the continental U.S. Call (888) 590-5060 before 10 am PST, Monday through Thursday. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
CANADA, HAWAII, ALASKA & INTERNATIONAL: A $100 order minimum is required. A flat $30 shipping charge will be assessed, along with $5 per pound in weight. Most orders average $35 to $45 US in shipping. We ship USPS for international orders, and orders typically arrive within 7 days. Please call us at (888) 590-5060 to arrange these orders.
